Court orders an immediate plan to overcome the humanitarian crisis in La Guajira
The Supreme Court of Justice ordered that the Office of the President of the Republic design, coordinate, and implement an efficient and effective plan to solve the malnutrition and health challenges, and the lack of access to drinking and clean water for Wayúu children

Dejusticia, junto con otras organizaciones, intervino a favor de la tutela presentada por el abogado Elson Rafael Rodrigo Rodríguez Beltrán en contra de múltiples entidades del Estado por los problemas que afectan a los niños Wayúu, alegando 266 muertes entre 2015 y 2016 por cuenta de la desnutrición; así como la falta de cumplimiento de las medidas cautelares que ordenó la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
