Dejusticia supports the tutela to ensure the right to health of four women who have not received comprehensive care for the serious mental and emotional disorders they suffer following their forced displacement due to violence of the armed conflict
In support of the writ, Dejusticia argues that the violation of rights in this case is due to structural failure of public policy on forced displacement, as there are no mechanisms to ensure that victims receive comprehensive, relevant, and permanent psychosocial care.
