This book examines the functions of direction, control and management in the process that should exert the Colombian judge into the framework of the new accusatory penal system that has been implemented by the Legislative Act 3 of 2002 and the Law 906 of 2004.

 

In this manner, the book explains the role of the judge and the inquisitive and accusatory systems of the criminal trial, describing the process and reasoning of the circulation of the accusatory system in various countries around the world in recent years, with special emphasis on the system of adaptation that the system receives when it is transplanted into counties with a continental legal culture.
