The Women, Peace, and Security program of UNIFEM promotes gender justice in Colombia with the aim of ensuring the observance of women’s human rights and their access to justice in terms of equity. In this publication, a select and plural group of researchers and researchers – political scientists, anthropologists, lawyers and historians – discuss the differential impact of violence and, at the same time, propose proposals to make the situation, needs and expectations of women victims .
