Alan David Vargas is a Lawyer from the National University of Colombia, also, he has a professional degree in Public Administration from the Higher School of Public Administration (Escuela Superior de Administración Pública – ESAP), Specialist in Administrative Law from the Universidad Libre of Colombia and Master in Regional Urban Planning from the Institute of City and Territory Habitat of the National University of Colombia. He has been a university professor and researcher in matters related to Public Law, Environmental Law and Land Law. He is currently linked to Dejusticia’s line of research on environmental justice.
