Edgar is a lawyer from Universidad Libre and a specialist in constitutional law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Philosophy at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. His topics of interest are philosophy, political theory and recognition. Therefore, his work is related to the protection of the human rights of ethnically differentiated communities, gender violence, environmental justice, among others.

In Dejusticia he works as research in the Litigation Area.
