Fabián is a lawyer and philosopher, specialist in social security and master’s degree in constitutional law from the National University of Colombia. Besides, he earned a Master in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy at the Università Degli Studi di Genova (Italy).
He worked for several years in the Constitutional Court and in different sections of the Council of State. He is a professor of public and social law. In research, he has worked on issues related to the monitoring of structural decisions, discourse analysis, memory and human rights.
He is currently the Litigation Coordinator for Dejusticia. He is interested in constitutional law, public policy analysis, moral and political philosophy, and the philosophy of language.
