Ivonne Elena is a philosopher and holds a master’s degree in philosophy. She has specialized studies in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law; experience in the public sector as an official of the Unidad para las Víctimas Territorial Bolívar and the Defensoría del Pueblo. Her areas of interest are related to ethics and political philosophy, transitional justice, public policy for victims of the armed conflict, reconciliation processes and peace building. She currently works as a researcher-coordinator in the regionalization area of Dejusticia.
