Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, with a specialization in Public Security. Coordinator of the Criminal Research and Analysis Area of the Mexican Commission for the Defense and Promotion of Human Rights.

Currently, Jorge is a fellow in the Transitional Justice line at Dejusticia.
