Liz Carolina Bermúdez Carrillo is a researcher in the strategic litigation area at Dejusticia. She is a lawyer from the Universidad Industrial de Santander, with specializations in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at the Universidad de los Andes. Liz has represented victims of serious human rights violations and has worked with social organizations in Santander and Norte de Santander. Additionally, she served as rapporteur for the Observatory on the Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz at the Comisión Colombiana de Juristas, and also worked as a lawyer in the National Advocacy area of the same organization. She has taught Constitutional Law and provided public law advisory services at the Legal Clinic of the Universidad Industrial de Santander.
