Lorenzo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s in Economics from SciencesPo-Paris and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. Before joining Dejusticia, he worked at the World Bank and the Colombian National Planning Department (DNP) researching development economics and contributing to the implementation of the peace agreement between the Colombian government and the FARC guerrilla. More recently, he worked at the Colombian Senate on economic and drug policy. At Dejusticia, he is a main researcher in the Tax Justice Issue.
