Lucía Ramírez Bolívar is an attorney specialized in Constitutional Law from the National University of Colombia (2008) and Master in Social Work with emphasis in International Social Work and Poverty and Inequality from the University of Chicago (USA) (2015).

Lucía has experience in research, teaching, litigation and advocacy in human rights -especially in forced migration issues- with international cooperation agencies and non-governmental organizations in Colombia and the United States. At Dejusticia, she was a researcher in the Drug Policy line and coordinator of the Migration and Venezuela and Gender teams. She is currently a consultant for the Gender and International areas.
