Paula holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a master’s degree in Sociology from Universidad de los Andes. She has research experience in the fields of transitional justice, gender, and business and human rights. She has worked as a researcher at Fundación Ideas para la Paz and served as the strategic litigation area coordinator at the Racial Discrimination Observatory of Universidad de los Andes. Currently, she is a researcher in the Transitional Justice area at Dejusticia and a professor of the courses Gender-Based Violence and Introduction to Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
