Paula is a lawyer with an emphasis in private law from Javeriana University, Paula is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Sociology at the Universidad de los Andes. She has worked as a researcher on issues related to victims and land restitution, she worked at the Fundación Ideas Para la Paz as a researcher in the business and human rights area and coordinated the strategic litigation area of the Andes University Racial Discrimination Observatory.

Paula is currently a researcher in the area of Transitional Justice at Dejusticia and a professor of Construction of Identities and Gender-based violence at the Department of Philosophy and History of Law at the Javeriana University.
