Randy is an economist with a Master’s Degree in Economic Public Policy from the Rosario University. He had worked on justifying a variety of policies among different entities with analytics. He has enrolled as a researcher in economic studies at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism; also, at the National Administrative Department of Statistics, analyzing data quality and designing the first ICT national survey, and finally, at the justice, security, and government directorate at the National Planning Department, consulting social topics like conflicts and social leadership. He is very interested in behavioral analysis and supporting decisions with quantitative and qualitative metrics.
