Solimar obtained her undergraduate degree in Public Administration & Political Sciences from the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública – ESAP in Colombia, a Master’s degree in Social and Solidarity Economy Projects from the University of Strasbourg 3 /L´UHA in France, and studies in Ethics, Social Responsibility, and Development from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.

She is experienced in the planning, formulation, monitoring, evaluation, and management of social projects in either0 the public sector, the third sector, and the Cooperation for the Development. Her areas of interest are the work for the rights of vulnerable populations, gender mainstreaming, and projects with democratic participation.

At Dejusticia, Solimar works as Project Manager.
