Víctor Saavedra is a Spanish lawyer and political scientist with master degrees in Human Rights and International Cooperation. He’s studying a doctorate in Law at the Carlos III University in Madrid, Spain. He has worked as a lawyer and civil society project manager in Europe and Latin America. During the past few years, Víctor has worked advancing the human rights and technology field, particularly in Fundación Karisma, a Colombian NGO.
Víctor is currently a Dejusticia fellow working with our research group in Technology, Transparency and Human Rights.
