The goal of this book is to examine the Colombian legal and jurisprudential framework regarding communications surveillance in light of today’s technologies.
This document seeks to examine the Colombian legal framework and jurisprudence regarding communications surveillance, given the capacity of today’s technology. The argument shows how intelligence regulation and jurisprudence do not take into account current surveillance schemes and thus the protection of the rights they affect.
